Suppliers, food

  • Of the 14 suppliers we use, 9 are BRC approved

Suppliers, none food

  • 3 of the 10 suppliers are ISO holders
  • 3 of the 10 suppliers are BRC approved

 

Staff

  • All staff are trained for the job they do. This includes management of waste.

Customers

Customers are our greatest asset and as such they contribute by returning, on a daily basis, the baskets that goods are supplied in.

Sustainability needs continuity and to this end it is important that speedy service/repair is carried out when a fault occurs. We have two full time maintenance engineers on site who are responsible for maintaining the following in the Bakery and Cake Department:

  • The roof and building
  • Vehicles
  • Machinery
  • Lighting
  • Computers
  • Electrics
  • Gas supply
  • Water supply
  • Toilets and Drains

The Burglar and Fire Alarm systems are maintained by an outside contractor.
